Day 3 and Going Strong

I'm on Accutane. My body was confused and thought that 24 was 14 so I'm kicking in the knee cap and hopefully getting rid of it for good.

I hate the flaky face (and by flaky I mean molting), itchy skin (like crazy!!), scaly feeling (seriously I'll let you feel my neck)...BUT I love that I haven't had to wash my hair in 3 days and it's not even close to greasy! Yes you may judge me but I'm going to go as long as I can before I have to wash it.
and yes I know about getting knocked up on this stuff. It won't be happening so you don't need to worry about informing me. thanks!

nice.

i worked at a dermatologist for 4 years, and that accutane process is intense. you almost have to sign your life away..:)

i hate washing my hair, so i'm all for waiting as LONG as possible. sometimes i help delay the process with bumble and bumble dry hair powder.. ever tried it?

I had no idea you were taking the Accutane plunge! I went on it TWICE! I know the feeling all too well. (FYI: Aquafor saved my lips from flaking off. You must invest.) But I did love that my armpits were so dry that I didn't sweat! It is intense, but I think it is worth it. Let me know if you need a pep talk or something :)

Keep it up lady! My sis did it and she had really bad acne on her face and body. She is completely cleared up from it. Just be careful not to go in the sun, and the drink lots and lots of water! Matt did it to when he was young, and look at his face! Its well worth it!!!!
